Our family-run nature and beach campsite lies idyllically on the shore of the Jabelscher See, in the middle of the Nossentiner/Schwinzer Heide nature park and just a few kilometers from the health resort town of Waren an der Müritz. On roughly five hectares between forest, meadows and water, we’ve devoted ourselves to one goal: to give you a holiday where you can truly unwind. Whether you arrive with a tent, appreciate the comfort of a rental caravan, are looking for a cozy holiday apartment or want to celebrate with your whole group in the large holiday home – everyone finds the right spot with us. As your host family, we know every corner of the region and share our home with passion. What matters to us: personal care, honest prices and the good feeling of having truly arrived. At Genuss-Ferien, far more than just a pitch awaits you. Right by the water you’ll enjoy spacious lakeside pitches for tents, caravans, motorhomes and campervans, plus fully equipped rental caravans, cozy holiday apartments and a large holiday home with its own sauna for up to 28 people. At the marina, boat owners will find their berths, and anyone who wants to head out on the water can rent a canoe, rowing boat or stand-up paddleboard. For an active break, bicycles are ready and waiting, so you can explore the most beautiful cycling paths around the lakes. After a day in nature, our restaurant with its lake terrace and 120 seats invites you to linger – with regional cuisine, cold drinks and a wide view across the water. That’s how everything here comes together for an all-round wonderful holiday: nature, comfort and enjoyment, right outside your accommodation and entirely at your own pace.

Our site is also the ideal starting point for discovering the Mecklenburg Lake District. The Müritz National Park with its sea eagles and cranes, the Malchow monkey forest, the bison reserve and charming little towns like Röbel and Waren are all within easy reach. And if the sea calls to you, the Baltic coast with its sandy beaches is just over an hour away by car. Getting here is easy too: it’s about an hour and a half from Berlin and roughly two hours from Hamburg – close enough for a spontaneous weekend, far enough away from everyday life.
